I was feeding and cleaning my hundreds of frogs and geckos, and thought of how I needed to go get my crickets this week. (Like I have done for every week for the past 3-4 years). I have been going to Buckles for as long as I’ve known my wife. One of our first dates included going to Buckles. They have never let me down. and the thought just hit… I’ve never left them a review. And it’s definitely not because they don’t deserve it, I was just so content I had nothing to say. But I want to change that. Logan and Kylie are great people that always look out for their customers. They want to make sure we are always happy and satisfied. Every business makes mistakes or has accidents, but Buckles is one of the only ones that actually make it right. If I ever go home and realize that my crickets are dead, they give me free crickets ASAP, if I ever need to return something, they let me do it with no issues. When I walk into buckles I don’t feel like a customer, I feel like I belong there, nerding out about reptiles with the staff, or just simply getting my weekly feeders.
Although some great people like Gaby and Nicole have sadly moved onto other paths in life, Noah, Logan and Kylie make me feel welcome and are always happy to have a reptile chat.
I could go on and on about the awesome experiences and multiple reptiles/amphibians I have purchased from this pet store. But it would take forever and this review is already long.
So, in a nutshell, this is a business that will prioritize your satisfaction and happiness over anything else, and you don’t see much of that anymore.
As long as I’m in Indiana, I will never go to a different pet store other than buckles. If you are reading this, let me tell you that you will NEVER regret going to Buckles.
