We no longer had the receipt and they were understanding and accommodating! They offered a gift card in the amount of the overcharge without hesitation! Thanks for taking care of us!

First and foremost a huge shout out to logan at buckles feed depot. He educated me on expanding my enclosure and helped me meet my needs. The staff there are always friendly and very knowledgeable and respectful. I dont and won't go anywhere else.

Love this place. They have a good selection of pets and pet foods (especially rats for my snake). You can tell they care about the pets they have for sale and they genuinely want the best for your animals as well. Best store around.
